The Centre for Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI), a body under the Ministry of Science and Innovation, has released the results of the latest call for projects under the CENIT Programme (National Strategic Consortiums for Technical Research) for 2010, with FADA-CATEC securing important results.

Of a total of six projects presented, FADA-CATEC has received approval for three initiatives which will have a budget of 600,000 euros over the next three years. These three projects will involve the collaboration of four Spanish companies and the sponsorship of the Hélice Foundation.

The CENIT Programme has approved 12 of the 39 projects presented nationwide, with total funding of 120 million euros.
